3. Product Purchase and Usage

3.1 Purchase Agreement

When purchasing a product on Zaptine, you agree to waive any cancellation right as soon as your product is automatically activated.

3.2 Software Requirements and Usage

Our software is provided as a digital software download. Unless specified otherwise, it requires Windows 10 x64 or later, a constant internet connection, and must be run on a physical machine. The software will only work as long as your subscription is valid.

3.3 Customer Responsibility

You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any actions or consequences resulting from your use of our products. It is solely your responsibility to comply with applicable laws and regulations while using our products.

4. Account and Usage Restrictions

4.1 Account Sharing and Reselling

Sharing your account and/or the software obtained from our website is not allowed. Creating accounts on behalf of other users, including reselling to users, is also prohibited. However, purchasing a subscription for multiple devices is permitted.

4.2 Software Manipulation

You are not allowed to intercept, reverse, manipulate, decompile, or crack our software in any way.

4.3 Restricted Registrations

You are not allowed to register on this site if you belong to any Anti-Cheat, Game Developing, or Publishing company.

4.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion without notice or proof of breach of contract. We may take such action if we believe, in our sole judgment, that your account usage violates these Terms, infringes upon the rights of others, or is harmful to our platform or community. In the event of termination, a refund for the remaining time may be provided if required by law.

4.5 Email Address Usage

The email address you provide must belong to you. Using trash mail providers or shared email addresses is forbidden.

4.6 Prohibited Content and Selling

Posting legally questionable content, such as stolen accounts, is forbidden unless approved by a higher staff member (Admin).

5. Prohibition on Mentioning Other Providers

5.1 Restricted Discussion

Users are strictly prohibited from mentioning or discussing other providers of cheats, hacks, or similar services ("P2C providers") on our platform. All discussions and communications should be limited to topics related to cheating, our products, and related discussions within our community.

5.2 Subject Limitation

Users should refrain from engaging in conversations or promoting P2C providers on our platform. Any attempts to advertise, link to, or discuss P2C providers will be considered a violation of these Terms.

5.3 Enforcement

We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to content removal, warning, suspension, or termination of accounts, for violations of this prohibition. Our determination of violations shall be final and binding.

6. Changes to the Terms of Service
